Life as a Journey

Life is something that has truly taken me through so many different paths. Sometimes Ive fallen down and become more lost than i was before, other times shortcuts were found that brought me farther down the trail, but ultimately the road to where I am today has been a journey that is only just beginning. This year I've gone through so much in terms of growth. The person I thought I was afraid of becoming is a person that has never felt more happiness and more life rushing through his body.

Much of my life until now has had what I call beautiful mistakes...Mistakes that ive made that have only brought my life closer to the place it is now.

I am finding myself more and more everyday. The person i thought i wanted to be and the person i know i should be. I want to strive to be someone in this world. Not necessarily someone rich or someone famous, but just be someone with a good heart, an intelligent mind and healthy body. Someone who shows compassion and love. Who can cry and laugh at life's hardships and who can be strong when the world wants to break you. I think im becoming this person. Ive learned to not be afraid of the future anymore, and that happiness isnt a punishment but a blessing. I always saw the path ahead of me as a lonely gray one, but I now see that the it doesnt have to be. EVER.

This year I have found something I've always felt was the most unattainable notion. True Happiness. I developed a tough shell and a routine, i was used to the sadness. The last thing i ever expected was to find it. But It did. And everyday has been a new experience and a new emotion that i never knew i could feel. Everyday i feel more alive than ever before. It hasnt been easy (and it wont ever be,but who wants easy? Easy is boring...it's the stuff u have to fight for that in the end mean something you know?) and it has been very enlightening. I have found the spark everyone wants and im going to fight to keep it. Thank you spark for finding me, and in the midst of all the storms still managed to keep me burning. You make an impact in my life everyday and you fill me with a rollercoaster of emotions that only fuel the flame. Your my future. I know it.

Sometimes you just have to let people do what they feel they have to do, even if you dont necessarily agree with them. It shows how strong and how much you care if you do. I can understand feeling overwhelmed and wanting a sense of control or logic, but sometimes logic will only bring us to answers that have a black or white, while as far as i know we live in a world of greys.

Im damn proud of Grey, and one day you will be too. I know it.

im willing to give it the benefit of the doubt...because i fuckin love the chipmunks. AND because the movie is gonna be made with the original creators from the cartoon and the same voices too. So it will most likely be great.

BTW dont think the chipmunks will be "Ghetto" in the film, it's obvious they are making a jab at how the chipmunks were in the 80's with all the different fads and looks.

Kelly Clarkson Cancels Her Summer Tour
Jun 15, 2007 - By NEKESA MUMBI MOODY (AP Music Writer)

Just two days after parting ways with her manager, Kelly Clarkson has canceled her upcoming summer tour over disappointing ticket sales, yet another sign of turmoil as she prepares to release her third album, "My December."

In a statement on her Web site, Clarkson said: "In the craziness of the music business, performing is what I look forward to doing the most, so it really is disappointing for me to have to tell you that I won't be coming out to tour this summer. The fact is that touring is just too much too soon.

"But I promise you that we're going to get back out there as soon as is humanly possible to give you a show that will be even better," she added.

In a statement released by her new representative, Paul Freundlich, it acknowledged the sales for the arena tour have been slow. The tour will be on hold and the size of it will be re-evaluated, the statement said.

"The day when she will play in sold-out arenas is, no doubt, coming, but for now her fans should look forward to seeing her in a more intimate concert environment," Gregg Perloff, CEO of concert promoter Another Planet Entertainment, said in the statement. "Kelly deserves a tremendous amount of praise for her courage in not only being a part of, but in supporting, this difficult decision."

I said it months ago, Kelly Clarkson unfortunately has a DUD of an album coming out. This is what happens when successfull artist's want to "write their own songs" and become a musician, when writers in this country exsist for a reason. Must i remind everyone that "Breakaway" had 4 tours that all sold out?! TRAGIC is the word

Okay so that is probably the news Im most excited about.

Inside Sources from Walt Disney World have revealed that the budget has been approved to REMOVE, thats correct REMOVE the giant mickey mouse wand/hand that was added to Spaceship Earth in 2000. This is a groundbreaking day for classic WDW fans, because Epcot was always about futuristic advancement, it was the place that felt like disney because of the atmosphere for learning and amazement not because the companies mascots are added to certain attractions.

Apparently the wand will be removed this fall, I would assume during the time period when Spaceship Earth is under it's massive refurb. This is going to be a very exciting year for EPCOT fans! Good Riddance to the eyesore known as "The Wand"!

Welcome Back Spaceship Earth!

Also on the books for EPCOT's return to glory, the "Leave a Legacy" stones...You know that those big slabs of stone that take up the entire entrance walkway to the ball and have little tiny pictures of people? Yeah well the "Stone Graveyard" as disney fans have come to call it, is going bye bye. Disney has a contract with all those people who paid for the legacy photo, so they are still going to display them somewhere on disney property or in epcot but it will no longer be in front of Spaceship Earth.

In other news the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney has changed the look of their souvenier treasure chest boxes from a wood one to a DAVEY JONES REPLICA CHEST! from Pirates of the Caribbean!

JORDIN SPARKS IS THE NEW AMERICAN IDOL!

Last Night this 17 year old(thats right 17), was crowned the 2007 American Idol. Im so happy for her! She was light years more talented than Blake Lewis (my apparent look a like O_o)
This totally makes up for last years Taylor Hicks travesty and Chris Daughtry not winning (but judging by how many albums Daughtry has sold, he is the winner).Jordin looked sooo amazing last night, this girl is going to go far. Now my only worry is that she doesnt do good music, I mean when Carrie won everyone assumed Idol producers would force her into a fake pop/mainstream sound like every other winner, but instead they played her strenghs and gave her a country album.

BTW speaking of Carrie, Have i mentioned that "lil old country girl" Carrie's debut album was the Highest selling album of 2006? and after she won her Grammy her album after being on the charts for a year and a half made it back into the top 10? Have i mentioned her album didnt even drop from the top 20 once? 6 MILLION Albums later! Man this girl is on fire! Her second album will drop this november if rumors are true. Cant Wait!

This is about Jordin though, I think it means alot that Jordin's "Season best" song that was performed at the finale was Broken Wing by Martina Mcbride...a country song. That says alot about how good this girl is and what kinds of songs she has the ability to sing and sound amazing! i really hope she does Adult contemporary stuff, and doesnt succomb to the cliche pop/rock kelly clarkson sound...

Speaking of Kelly, lets not even talk about her. Her new stuff is shameful.

Disney's Enchanted Teaser Trailer Video Updated 5/24/2007

Here is the teaser trailer for Disney's big holiday release "Enchanted". It's the story about a classic fairy tale princess named Giselle being tricked by the wicked queen Narissa and thrown into a wishing well that is a portal into our modern day world.

"Enchanted" will be Disney's first movie in several years that features traditional animation and not computer graphics like the pixar films and shrek movies. All segments in the fairy tale world will be in hand drawn format.

My thoughts on the trailer...

I think Princess Giselle looks awesome and fits perfectly with all the other princess'.

Patrick Dempsey fromm Grey's Anatomy fame should help getting some more people in the theater.

Susan Sarandon as the Evil Queen Narissa looks great! Especially the shots as the old crone, very snow white ish.

James "Cyclops" Marsden gets some pretty good laughts in the trailer, his character looks like the kind that will be likable by films end.

The animals cleaning up the apartment is CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!

The film will be released this novemeber!

My Big Fat Veronica MARS Update

So let me start off by saying that I have not been the biggest fan of Season 3. It is without a doubt the weakest of the 3 Seasons this amazing show has had. But that does not mean that Season 3 was a complete waste.

This season gave use some pretty kool things. We got Mac as a season regular, we got the great rapist arc that was introduced in season 2, we got the excellent evil professor ep (and who can forget veronica's confrontation with foyle in the classroom), the return of Jonathan from "Life as we know it" aka Chris Lowell aka Piz. Then we got alot of bad...so much bad that it would clog up the post, but negativity is not what this post is about.

The final 2 episodes of Veronica Mars hooked me again the same way Season 1 did. Never at any point this season was the show this on mark and on point than in "Weevil's Wobble" and "The Bitch is Back". Veronica Mars, the one i fell in love with was back last night. She was the smart ass angsty angry "smarter than me" bitch we havent seen in a very long time. The episodes had all the elements of classic Mars. A secret society, veronica snooping and almost getting caught, familiar characters and most important the mystery was not dull and boring like most of this season has been. It was suspenseful and genuinely entangling.

What makes this feel like salt in the wound is that The CW even after watching these two eps, still chose not to renew it, and rob thomas wrote this whole new arc for the show that we will never get to see in any way shape or form. That is what is truly sad.

The current news on VM is that CW can still resurrect the show if ratings for last night were huge but dont be surprised if they were the season low because yesterday was IDOL finale part 1, and apparently may be considering bringing VM back for 13 episodes mid season next year. With the recent news of a possible Gilmore Girls Tv movie, one can only hope.

If anyone is interested in spreading the VM love or recommending the set to someone Season 1 and Season 2 will be on sale this sunday for all of next week at Best Buy for 19.99.

Im gonna take a this back to a bit of a more personal note instead of the usual stuff. This morning one of my grandmother's passed away. It was my dad's mom. Her name was Josefina, or Finita or Abuela Pipa (cause thats what my brother called her when he was a baby). She has been in a pretty bad state for a while already, and it was really starting to take it's toll on my dad and uncle. I witnessed firsthand how frustrating and complicated and silently heartwrenching it is seeing someone you love deteriorate every year and morph from the image you know into something barely recognizable. My dad has been really strong throughout it all, I mean we have lost both of my grandfathers already, but thier death was so much quicker. My grandmother hadbeen slowly dieing every year. I didnt go to the hospital to visit her, mostly because of the fact that she was in such bad shape she was barely awake and when she was only recognized my parents and uncle/aunt. She didnt recognize any of the grand kids, and from what my mom tells me she looked worse and worse everyday. I feel selfish now for not going, but understand that the reason i didnt go is because ive been seeing the image of that grandmother diminish every year, i didnt want it to go beyond what i had already seen. I prayed for her, not necessarily to live, but to find peace. She has struggled too much. One of the things my dad has taught me during this time, has been to appreciate the importance of the good years and to appreciate the quality of life, before we reach the point when we the quality of life and living no longer match. I hadnt shed a tear until today, and it was mostly because i was sad that she spent so many years in such bad shape, but im sure she was plenty grateful for them. I mean she even got to seemy cousin's daughter,brianna who is beautiful btw, i know that made her happy. Well the point of the post is that situations like these remind me why i enjoy making mistakes and taking risks, LIFE really is the longest and shortest thing we will ever have and I want to be able to say that i have really lived it. That is why im the kind of person who will not base happiness on money or convienience. I value my happiness in the things ive learned and experienced. Taking a chance is one of the most amazing things anyone can do, and so many people fear it. I wont be one of them.

Ill miss you Pipa but i know your with Abuelo Cecilio and finally resting.

Veronica Mars Cancelled?

Current news floating around the internet is that underdog teen mystery show "Veronica Mars" has been "officially" cancelled by The CW Network. By Official I mean that they have decided not to renew it in any format for next season but have yet to announce. Rumors say that CW still has the option to renew VM until June 15 but at this friday's upcoming Fall upfronts Veronica Mars will not be listed. This comes across as somewhat shocking considering that VM's even at it's worse (aka Season 3) is still better than most other network shows (CW shows especially). It has some hope in the new format that creator rob thomas has developed of Veronica joining the FBI. If the show does get cancelled I just hope CW does the right thing and gives them a chance to do a 2 hour tv movie that closes the series off.

In other VM related news, Kristen Bell who plays the lead in "Veronica", has just joined the cast of the new Josh Schwartz show "Gossip Girl". Bell will play the title character of Gossip Girl and narrate the events of the series. KB and Josh Schwartz? God if VM gets canned Josh writes her into a visible role. I would die.

*UPDATE**
The CW Upfronts were today and Veronica was not on the list. In fact when asked about Veronica's fate, CW head Dawn Ostroff (who is an idiot and graduated from FIU, FYI) was very secretive about veronica mars on camera,but behind the scenes when TV guide's Ausellio asked her she pretty much confirmed that Veronica Mars was CANCELLED. That's right the big "C". She hinted that she has spoken to Rob Thomas and Kristen Bell about potentially working on something else, but did go on to say that it could not be Veronica Mars and that it could be all at once. Rob Thomas was later asked about the situation, and said that they are still up for possibly returning Midseason.

Honestly though my personal opinion is... "Dont hold your breath" CW is notorious for horrible decisions. This is the network that cancelled Everwood at last minute to bring back 7th Heaven and some new show named "Runaway" that tanked after 2eps. Dawn Ostroff's attempts to keep veronica mars on air for so long has completely changed the show from the dark noir mystery series i fell in love with 3 years ago. It's sad that at the show's end i have little to no emotion towards it, since i was a FANATIC x 1000 in S.1...but the show lost it's spark as the network became more involved. It also massively sucks that Rob Thomas was soooo sure they were getting picked up that he purposely did not close off Veronica Mars as a Series Finale. Expect to be very dissatisfied next week! Our only hope is that dawn throws them a bone and allows them to make a 2 hour finale film to air next fall on CW, and release on dvd and make money...but like i said "Dont Hold your Breath".

Disney's Rapunzel

This is one of the most recent pictures associated with Disney's computer generated animated film "Rapunzel" based on the classic short story. This movie has been through hell and back! A couple years ago when 2d animation was considered "uncool" Disney was planning on turning Rapunzel into a shreklike comedy called "Rapunzel Unbraided". Apparently that script was horrible and everyone hated it, and then Disney hired animation mastermind Glen Keane (whom was head animator for Ariel and Aladdin) to direct the film in a classic fairytale style. Fast forward to disney today, 2d is back on the agenda and Disney gave Keane the chance to restart Rapunzel in 2d over CG, but Keanme has spent the last 4-5 years developing a unique look for this Rapunzel movie. As you can see from the picture, Keane wants it to be very paiting-like and soft watercolor pallette, and he states the characters will look clasically like disney heroes and heroines. When this is coming from the guy who gave us that red headed mermaid, you gotta beleive him!

This is what rapunzel looked like about 2 years ago...she has to look completely different by now, but even then they were on the right track with her look...

"The Frog Princess" receives a name change

Disney's next big animated musical previously known as "The Frog Princess" has been renamed to "The Princess and the Frog" according to several sources. They cite the change is due to a slew of negative press the film has received due to "racial" and "social" issues. French critics were voicing that the Frog Princess as a jabb at the French, while the main heroine's name which was previously "Maddy" had to be changed because apparently it sounded too much like "Mammy" or "Addy" which are apparently "slave names". Her new name is Princess Tiana. The film is being directed/written by Ron Clements and John Musker, whom directed/wrote Aladdin and the Little Mermaid, The music is being done by Randy Newman who has scored pretty much all Pixar films and the current actress set to provide some pipes for Tiana is Anika Noni-Rose from Dreamgirls.

Walt Disney Pictures Presents Jack Sparrow?

With only 2 weeks until the premiere of the "final" chapter of this trilogy of Pirates of the Carribean "At Worlds End".Disney is already looking for ways to keep the "Pirate" ship afloat (Pardon the pun). They are currently eyeing the possibilities avaible meaning spin off films featuring solo characters which could range from Jack Sparrow to Captain Barbossa. Johnny Depp has expressed interest in returning for a possible Fourth pirates film even going as far as saying he "cant say goodbye to jack just yet". Geoffrey Rush has also expressed interest in returning as Barbossa should they do a fourth film. The dynamic duo writing team that penned all 3 pirates movies Ted Elliot and Terry Rossio have already reported that disney has contracted them to develop a script for a possible "Pirates 4", while currently it seems that Kiera Knightley has next to no interest in continuing as Elizabeth Swann, and Orlando Bloom hasnt commented on it yet. Should be interesting.

All of us who mourned the ending of an era with the O.C's demise this past february have a new hope to fulfill our soap opera-esque obession with amazing dialouge and characters in the form of O.C creator Josh Schwartz's new show "Gossip Girl". It's based on a book series with the same name. The show is basically a bunch of rich snobby brats living in new york's upper west side and going to extravagant parties and an elite private school.Since this is a josh schwartz show you can expect amazing dialouge, funny quirks and great music just like the O.C. The show is rumored to be one of the only 2 shows The CW will pick up for next fall. Wouldnt be surprised if it's bunched up with Veronica Mars in her new FBI format.

So tonight is the official start of the Summer movie season...Boy am i nervous! Midnight tonight will be the first screening of Spiderman 3. Internet buzz surrounding the film is not very good...

But when i think about Spiderman films ive never been HUGELY crazy about them, mostly because as much as i like spiderman im more of a batman/superman/xmen fan...and that brings me to why im worried. Batman Begins is probably the best and most faithful adaptation to a comic book EVER, and Xmen 1&2 went away from the comics but created an xmen mythology all their own...and then the steaming pile of donkey feces known as X-3 happened. So i guess after X-3 im worried about part 3's...

Anyways i hope it's good...

26 year old actor Luke Ford has been cast as the son of Rick and Evie O'Connell, Alex. New Director Rob Cohen (Director of xXx and Stealth) hopes that since it may play out kinda Father/Son that if Brendan ever decides he is good with 3 Mummy films, Ford could then become the newest lead. In other startling Mummy news... Since Rachel Weisz AKA Evie will not be returning the director is currently looking at other actresses to REPLACE HER! Details on what that means have yet to be revealed.

High School Musical 2

A premiere date of Friday August 17th 2007 has been set for the ridiculously anticipated sequel to the kid's phenomenon of 2006. In it the group will all get jobs at the local country club and compete in a "midsummer night talent show", Sharpay will try to break up Troy/Gabriela romantically and musically....should be worth watching. PLUS dont forget that High School Musical 3 currentlty titled "Haunted High School Musical" is set for release next summer 2008 in THEATERS. This thing isnt going away for a good while everyone!

Britney's Back!
Britney Spears has set up 3 "secret" club shows under the alias "The M+Ms" (The mom and ms. cuz she is single)and performed her first show last night at the House of Blues in San Diego. The streets of san diego were going nuts over this surprise show. Doors opened at 7pm...Britney did not take the stage till 10.00pm!! and by 10.16pm she was done. Luckily for spears, her fans were never told "she is going to be there" so anyone who spent money on that took a chance.
She performed Baby one more time remixed,Breathe on Me, Do somethin,Toxic, and Slave. Expect more news on her other performances.

Walt Disney World Updates

Epcot's Spaceship Earth (the big ball) will be closing in July 9th- November 2007 for a massive refurbishment, that will give the ride new lighting,sound system,ride vehicles,effects,audio,updated show scenes...The new sponsor of Spaceship Earth, Siemens is pouring a ton of money intot his refurb and wants to take the look and feel of the classic epcot icon to it's original roots of the future and knowledge. They have opened an amazing new post show after you get off the ride called "Project Tomorrow" photos available here

Also some other exciting Spaceship Earth rumors is that Disney management has finally decided to remove the mickey wand that was added to the ball during the millenium celebrations. As Siemens would like the icon to return to it's roots of E.P.C.O.T Center visually.

Also some World Showcase news...The italy restaurant "L Originale Alfredo di Roma" will close in August and reopen as a generic italian rest. operated by The Patina Restaurant Group until next summer when it closes for a massive remodel bringing it into a modern italian look that the company has given to several casual dining restaurants located at the Disneyland resort in California. Should be awesome, since the current version of that restaurant is horrible...Sayonara "L originale trash di roma".

Mexico Pavilion will recieve a 50-60 seat Tequila bar adjacent to the restaurant loated in the temple. YUM. The outdoor mexican food will receive a refurb in seating arrangement for a better view of the lagoon and the menu will receive an overhaul and a bigger kitchen.

China pavilion will alter the inside of "nine dragons" to open up the kichen area and give guesta a chance to see the cooking process and interact with the chefs.

Japan has demolished the 2 upstairs lounge/cafe's and will create on massive sushi bar/cafe with a unique second story view of world showcase and the lagoon...

Canada is also rumored to be receiving a coffee/doughnut shop that is a huge mega chain in Canada called Tom Hortons. This would be yumm...

MORE WDW FOOD!!

Pirates are set to Invade Magic Kingdom! AGAIN!
Disney is getting close to revealing a new sit down character dining experience restuarant in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom that will feature the Pirates of the Carribean characters including Jack, possibly will and elizabeth and everyone else. The rumored location is eeither the old Verandah restaurant located in front of the treehouse or the never open restaurant "El pirata y el perico" located directly in front of pirates the ride. No details yet on menu or if it will be mediveal times style and have no untensils but expect this to become HUGE.

The Contemporary Resort will be opening a massive new tower next to the exsisting monorail station that will be a Disney Vacation club hotel area of the Contemporary. Land has already been cleared with pre contruction set to begin soon.

Haunted Mansion will be closing later this summer for a massive refurb...boy does it need it!

I am starting to seriously HATE the paparazzi. I have been following Britney Spears ever since the head shaving incident to see if she can make it back to normal. So far she looks to be getting better, but the more i analyze her situation the more angered i get towards those who are pushing her there.

The most current video deals with britney and her cousin stopping by a drive thru at a Del Taco (the amazing version of Taco Bell that is not in florida) and not being able to order because there was cameramen EVERYWHERE...they go to the window, after every couple sentences her cousin has to roll up the window because they are getting closer to the inside of the car, then finally the manager comes and helps them with the order and when she says the mass of photographers screams at them to get away from the drive thru...Imagine this was you...and you were doing an everyday thing and you had 40 billion people around at every second snapping hundreds of photos capturing every look every movement everything from this mundane-ass activity. It is no wonder the bitch went crazy...I would too.

Watching that video filled me with anger, I understand that they are making a living taking pics of her, but I hate a person's right to privacy is void if they are a celebrity. That is not a physical law in the united states. No where in our constitution does it state "All rights to privacy are void if person is famous" Taking Pictures and being followed for pictures are two different things.

I think there needs to be a rule somewhere about the paparazzi, we all know what happened to princess diana, and very few know about when reese witherspoon was chased by paparazzi in her car with her children and almost got into an accident...the public looks at the paparazzi as "a normal" aspect of celebrity world but honestly that is flat out FUCKED UP.

I feel like grabbing a massive umbrella and beating them all with it!

Anika Noni Rose who played lorell in Dreamgirls, that's the third one that was dating eddie murphy... HAS BEEEN CAST as Maddy, the princess for Disney's new traditional animated feature film The Frog Princess, she will provide the singing and speaking voice im sure and will be the first black princess.

She beat out J.Hudson and Alicia Keys for this honor...she was awesome in Dreamgirls so i imagine this will be excellent fit aswell!Cant wait!

So tonight is the series finale of The O.C. I am beyond depressed. This has been one of MY shows. This feels like how it felt when Buffy/Everwood ended (hopefully Veronica Mars can become amazing again to make me feel the same the say her series finale airs)... Next thursday at 9.00pm what will i do!? Well ill start watching the office now...since i am in love with that show, but im thinking i may just hold out to dvd. I do that for everything nowadays.
Anyways in honor of the O.C im going to post my favorite everything!

Top 5 Moments EVER on the O.C!

5.The Earthquake in "The Shake Up" and all the events leading up to it, taylor's birthday, ryans gift etc.

4.Marissa's Death in "The Graduates". Her character has been through alot, although i dont feel like many and think that she was so central to the show's dynamic it cant go on without her, I think her death was handled very touching/shocking/monunmental and very quick. and the aftermath of her death was even better. We got to see ryan go through some great life changes.

3.Seth running after Anna in the Airport in "The Goodbye Girl". Everything about this sequence is on point and completely heartbreaking. From the usage of Nada Surf's "If you Leave" to the dialouge shared between anna and seth.
Seth: "What am i gonna do without you? Your so wise with all your sage like wisdom...what am i gonna do without that?
Anna: "Confifence, Cohen"
PERFECT!

2.Ryan running to be with Marissa on New Years Eve in "The Countdown". The song, the slow motion, the fact that oliver didnt kiss marissa...it was all just excellent. One of the best moments ever. "Nothing can compare to when you roll the dice..."

1.In "The Night Moves" when Ryan is hurt and needs help, Seth is there for him like any brother would be. And then in the final scene all the current cast comes together as family. Beautiful scene, especially Taylor and Veronica Townsend's "I love you" and Rayn is officially a Cohen, because seth had to give him blood...Excellent Excellent Excellent!

So this week is the series finale of the O.C, it hit me about a week ago that the show was ending, and while im saddened at it's premature death on it's IMO best season I atleast know the second tv family ive had will go out on a beautiful goodbye.

Ive come to realize that what attracts me to this show so much isnt the fact that they live in this ideallyic beach that is filled with tons of rich drama, but rather the family aspects of the show. Sandy and Kirsten are the kinds of parents i want to be. The kind that can make mistakes and still be "perfect" because no human truly is perfect. Even as adults we get scared, lose control and need help from our loved ones.

I think that is an aspect of the O.C not many people see. Everyone see's the cliche drama, lesbian shit, marissa dieing whatnot...but at it's core the show is about people and family and the way they work around life's problems (no matter how ridiculous or real) they are. They live life the way we do, depressed to no end one second and excited beyond beleif the next. I also love that as the characters grow and realize thier own mistakes and grow up, i get to reflect upon it with myself and question if i need this "growing up".

For the O.C the end is here, but for me and many of us who are fans of the o.c the end isnt even close.
